What types of projects do you take on?
Commercial, residential, industrial, civic and interior fit-outs. We are selective about scope so the superintendent on your job is not stretched across too many sites.
Do you offer design-build?
Yes. We either lead with our design partners or work from your architect's set.
How do you price a project?
After a site visit we issue a written proposal with allowances called out. Larger work moves into a detailed estimate and a GMP or stipulated sum.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Licenses, insurance certificates and safety records are available on request and listed on the Certifications page.
Can you work in an occupied building?
Yes. Renovations are sequenced around your operations, including after-hours work when needed.
What is a typical timeline?
A custom house may run 12–18 months. A tenant improvement can be weeks. We put a realistic calendar in the proposal, not a hopeful one.
